Performance Enhancement can mean a lot of things to a lot of people. Whether you need help walking, getting up from a chair, rock climbing, working on cars all day, or playing a sport, enhancing your performance involves a few crucial skills:

-Knowing the angles that the performance will be dominate in.

-Knowing which angles on your body are weak and which are strong.

-Knowing how to correct and strengthen the muscles on your body that will better enhance those angles.


When Enhancing your Performance for any given task, from the sports athlete, to climbing steps, to getting through your work day with no pain, Hardin Fitness will be able to analyze and facilitate a program unique to your desired task and how your body is able to manage it.


For the most part all Performance Enhancement starts with Corrective Exercise and then moves to the now-corrected body building strength, endurance, and agility as it pertains to the activity that you will be performing.
