Hardin Fitness will help guide you down the path to a stronger, healthier, more functional you.

Hardin Fitness Mission:

The Hardin Fitness mission is to..."Change the lives of the people we encounter by teaching them to negotiate their body through ground force and gravity, in all three planes of motion, in the safest and most effective way possible"...

Lance Hardin is the owner and head coach of Hardin Fitness. A teacher at heart, Lance has been a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Human Movement Coach for almost two decades. Lance is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and specializes in diagnosing poor movement patterns that distort performance and create muscle-strength imbalances. He then creates exercise program designs that retrain and correct these imbalances.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, his family moved to the great state of Texas where he grew up. Lance was raised around fitness and martial arts as a youth, and was fascinated by dance and sports. He has explored movement and fitness from an artistic standpoint, while learning about the importance of correct movement science. Lance has the gift to not only understand good human movement, but also the ability to teach this knowledge to those around him. Lance has worked with people from all backgrounds to help restore their flexibility, strength and healthy lifestyle through Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement and Human Movement Coaching.

" Human movement has always been a passion of mine. Experts displaying their skill in various fields of movement is an art."

Lance is also an instructor to other trainers and Corrective Exercise Specialists. He helps to guide them into understanding how to engage each unique client through a Corrective Exercise program in a way that results in the best and quickest results.

"It all begins with corrective movement evaluation. Finding the imbalances in the neuromuscular system that are impairing the body's ability to move freely, and then setting the proper mind-to-muscle pathways, all while making it simple, enjoyable, and easy to understand."

Lance married Robyn in 2010 and have 4 lovely daughters and 1 son. They currently live in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado.
